If the rent is $1,920.00 per month....I have them actually pay $1917.00 to erentpayment so their total out of pocket is still $1920.00 per month.I al;so tell the tenants that erentpayment also reports to Transunion/Equifax so as they continue to make payments on time this can help them establish better credit which eventually can help them become owners instead of renters some day
