I live very far away state and want to find someone to put yard signs, how/where (which website) did you find someone?

I also have a 70' x 10' garden in the back yard where we grow fruits and veggies. 

Hopefully you can salvage it before it becomes a major expense.

It only has one water meter.Since we have put around $150k into the house (roof, structure, kitchen, floors, inside and outside paint, yard, fence), we would like to refinance and buy a (second) duplex with cash.

@Chris Harper for a simple cosmetic remodel (throwing out old flooring, light fixtures, paint buckets, etc - I usually use a 10 or 12 yard roll off dumpster. 

We are going to redo the back yard it’s currently dirt and weeds, we are thinking of redoing the cabinets and doing granite counter tops.
