I recently saw a video on no-money real estate investing and I'm really pumped but I also want to be realistic and a good fit for my future real estate partner.Here's the link to that video if you're curious:There’s always money available IF1- The deal (investment) is VERY good, significantly better than the average deal2- The risk is lower than similar deals with the same investment return3 - The money partners are able to be totally PASSIVE - because the deal maker (sponsor) is experienced, educated, and honest.So, there are numerous ways to start, with some having a much greater chance of success than others.

meters here have a little triangle in the center of the dial that turns when water runs, it will move every few seconds for even a drip.

We would need the numerator and denominator to understand if this is just a denominator effect.Interest rates still remaining at low levels relative to historic standards is only half the affordability equation.

I've tried numerous times to contact the previous owner both via email and phone, no answer or response from numerous attempts, weeks and months apart.I have looked at refinancing in my own name but being a foreign national with no credit score, my rate will be almost ouble what it is now (5%)I don't see any good options here, either I pay for two seperate insurance policies or refinance at double the rate.
