As a first big step I would encourage you to find a local real estate investors group, you can find so much at those meet ups.

I also intend on helping as many as I can with the knowledge I have acquired through my reading and hopefully through my experience in the near future.I look forward to interacting with the community.

Anyone who could possibly interact with your residents should be informed of your company’s fair housing policy and asked to abide by fair housing laws.
