Makes me wish I hadn't invested in Rochester NY where we live and property taxes are outrageous compared to other locations around the country.

I'm currently looking to network with some private lenders whether you are in the Charleston, SC area or any where else in the country.

The surface of the Earth, which is continually being carved-up into countries and empires, each with different laws and politics, is decidedly not etherial.There is a strong possibility your data will reside on a computer located in a country other than the one in which you live and/or operate your business.  

The upside is that you don't have to deal with other bidders carrying gats (you know who I'm talking about), the downside is you can be bidding against guys across the country sitting in their offices (can you guess who I'm talking about?).

This tread is a great resource to see how others are handling pet fees around the country.  

To do so is in my opinion a waste of time for both you and the seller and many sellers across the country and certainly in Las Vegas are beginning to pursue wholesalers for specific performance of the contracts they enter into.
