It'll address their problems and offer solutions.However - when I want to tell a potential private money lender what we do, my message would be about the great returns on their investment, it'll tell them I buy properties cheap, etc.

There are plenty of legal sign venues but these people that use them (in my areas) in my opinion are cheap (not frugal) have no regard for the law, do not disclose their full agenda and affiliations,  are full of half truths and unscrupulous to begin with.

Also, make sure that your insurance covers the COST to replace the building, not the current value of the home if you purchased it for cheap .I don't recommend under insuring just to save a few dollars now.

I was wondering, I have found several properties in my area recently and they are listed for cheap. one example would be a home for 26k in the middle of town, decent part of town, older homes, but have comps in hood for brand spanking new homes built by branded local homebuilders. why do these properties stay on market?
