Following up on @David Cook with the treatment spray for $200 - it also pretty much never takes one spray to treat them, they're are usually pesticide resistant and a nightmare to get rid of, especially if the apartment is vacant (they're hiding until there is a host to feed on) - make sure that tenant doesn't drag her potentially infested mattress/couch/furniture through your buildings hallways so they spread! 

One of them said they received large "disbursement checks" every month (I found out later the person was arrested for selling a a large amount of pot).

Sounds like we overlap some of the same areas - west Cook/east Dupage.

Years ago Steve Cook sold "The Ultimate Contractors agreement" which included advice on dealing with contractors.

Today, they call and say that now 3/4 of their coils/burners on the stove top arnt working  and neither is the oven. i asked my PM if the tenant ment that the stove kept getting hot even on low, or if it physicaly didn't not work and therefore they would be unable to cook with it.

Also, why even bring this up after everything appeared to have been settled....other than to try and stir the pot a bit more, under the pretense of coming to the aid of his Turnkey brethren?
