I'm not looking to sell any personal services, nor am I interested in being an organizer of a group.I agree with Brandon, this is a different platform that should not be tied nor promoted through the MeetUp platform.So, all I'm suggesting that someone like yourself takes the initiative to setup a date and a place close to Aventura that will make sense for both Miami & broward BiggerPocket members... and get the word out here only to our members.

That being said, I'm curious where other military investors are choosing to invest, and what platform they are choosing.

I was reading one of the books recommended off BiggerPockets and they mentioned two different platforms to use for rental property management.  

Does this mean that if I invest through a crowdfunding platform and purchase parts of loans in 10 different states I will need to file 10 state tax returns?
