I didn't think about implementation as much as content/quality of the interaction.

They did their monthly calls to report on the property, but now they are moving to giving the report via typed message on the property management portal that you can interact with them whenever you need.  

My day job interacts with companies in the Huntsville area and it's always interested me.

I love the interaction with the guests, but sometimes I think a nice 4 plex or small apartment would be a pretty nice thing to have.Remember once you get into the place you will have to fix up anything that needs it as well as fully furnish and stock it for vacation rentals.

That being said, wholesaling does interest me as well because of the direct interaction with investors and the capital generated by assignment fees.I would like to try out both and see what I like more.
