It’s been insane for me trying to put in offers.

The garage apartment we had intended to turn the garage area into a living space, put in a stair case and make it a 3/2 house. 

That's how it is supposed to look when you put in the work!!!  

If I put in an extra bath and I have three bedrooms one bath insured they aren't paying for the extra second bath. 

I am thinking where I can put in sku's and a description for someplace like Home Depot or Lowes.

One stat you didn't put in was how many of those "qualified leads" (aka conversions) (5-10) turned into a deal?

And hey, the world is big and interesting.Anyway, here's what they (digital nomads)need and some of what they want: FAST WIFI above all, after that a little "zoom room" kind of space separate from the general living area is idealclean, simple look. lots of conveniently placed outletsgood places within walking/biking distancebike storage/laundry in unitdishwasherappliances should be and look new and the kitchen should be visually appealing but singles will order out more than they cooklow VOC paint and other quasi-green touches are nice things to add and put in an ad as a signal.

But put in the rental agreement that it's provided "as is" and repair needs for the jetted feature would be the responsibility of the tenant.

Put in the time to learn and network and you will find deals.
