You can always give the tenant the right to match your best offer, but be sure that they get pre-qualified for a home loan so you don't waste time with them if they can't qualify.

Unfortunately it seems to be really attached to the wall (of course, when you want it to stay on it comes off, and vicea versa).I have had someone suggest doing the entire wall in drywall mud and sanding but waaaaay too much work.

If you wanted, you could even sheetrock over a few of the walls, but then leave others as the paneling and paint them, giving you a nice accent wall.

This clears that air of mold and stops mold from spreading on walls/surfaces.I've previously used bleach/vinegar to try to get rid of mold on my own and it wasn't nearly as effective, which is why I leave it to the professionals.

Assuming it is unfinished and only good for storage, it would not be that expensive to section off areas with chain link fence or even building walls, each having a locking door.
