I will start implementing these ideas and see where it takes me.

The idea is we scout neighborhoods looking for distressed housing, generate a list of leads, and then sell an exclusive list of leads to an end buyer (wholesaler/Investor).

For years my husband and I have thrown around the idea of getting into the real estate business, but never acted on it.

I have no idea what I'm doing but I really really wanna get involved in real estate early on!

An option might be if your stuck on the idea of not lining up the cash first is, call some agents, find one you like.
