Turn Key can be great but I've seen a few that aren't and is many cases the upside potential isn't as great as some other RE investment vehicles, passive or active.

We were beating any other investment vehicle out there that year.   

I know my county will not allow someone to live in a recreational vehicle in the driveway or on a residential lot. 

Same thing seems to be happening in the vehicle markets now that we have up to 96 month terms.

Unless you are a seasoned investor who is familiar with this investment vehicle, I would highly recommend avoiding.

You can only deduct the amount that you have invested into the property so if you refinance and take out funds to buy a vehicle you cannot deduct the portion that was used for persona uses.

What type of vehicles will be accessing the site?

When I factored the rental amounts I allocated a low price per square foot on the shipping container units ($ 10 psf ) and I did not add  any additional revenue which can be attained through vehicle/RV/ boat storage.

Not saying you can’t do well in the stock market but they are very different vehicles.
