Hello Aaron Lovett Thanks for welcoming me to the BP community, I do believe that Chattanooga is growing, in the last 4 years I've seen new roads being built and new companies moving here also the population has grown ridiculously I can tell the traffic wasn't this bad 4 years ago.

OK maybe not nothing... but it is just a side thing that makes it easier.You need credibility and traffic to your site (the RIGHT traffic).SEO takes care of the RIGHT traffic part,Credibility takes care of the opt-in's on my site.Traffic you can get many ways.

The other end of the spectrum are solo practitioners who usually went to local law schools (much less demanding/competitive), they advertise in the phone book, the name of their firm is usually their own name, and they usually list a long line of things they do--criminal, bankruptcy, traffic accidents, etc.

I spoke with a PM or two and they both think my property can do well (~50K of rev before booking and cleaning fees each side), They seem to have connections with corps and travel teams and just reputation/websites that can help drive this traffic.
