Not only is that misleading, it also does little to teach us (since we all learn most from our mistakes).

Test is not that difficult, the unfortunate thing is none of the required courses, teach you how to become a successful RE Agent. 

This is a parenting issues.....PARENTS need to teach their kids how to handle $$.  

Definitely second Greg's idea of getting licensed or at least learning the material as it teaches you a lot and will help you confidently navigate your first purchase.
