What to study for Texas real estate license exam

I live in Corpus Christi Texas and will be taking my test to get licensed in the next week or two. To anyone who’s taken the test before, what are the most important topics to study and have down? What things came as a surprise and what are your best tips for passing the first time? I’m taking my courses online through real estate express so if anyone has used them feedback would be greatly appreciated!
