That's all it is.It's sad that you feel it's necessary to call a little sweet old granny a "fraud" and "scammer" because she wants to sell her interest in the home she raised her family in on her own without the "help" of a Realtor.All of the 'public outcry' is Realtors complaining about people they view as competition, whether it's an investor, an FSBO, an FRBO, or a wholesaler.
