I would suggest you attend the auction you are interested in.

As unpleasant as it may sound, I would suggest calling the Tax authority in KY and tell them what your doing and what you need to do.  

The question still stands though.

I might suggest taking what they can get, maybe eat some cash until they can refi or sell.

It took me 10 minutes from walking onto the grass of the building to having an agreed offer with the seller on site.Today, I stand at 14 buildings, and 20 doors, with a rolling 93% occupancy rate.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or advice about picking an agency, getting started in the real estate agent business as well as buying their first rental property.

I am open to suggestions and plan to begin the search soon.
