It's like the Zillow Estimates... it just aggregates the data from across the board, which is a good start, but it won't account for nuance and detail (e.g. a corner property selling for a 5% premium compared to non-corner).

We are looking to start a rental investment business and we're currently doing all of the reading and learning that we can get our hands on. 

Desirable houses that I have seen are starting at 650k, but I was wondering if there are other sources to look instead of online postings. 

As collective investment so far only in Madrid, but we've started last month.

This still makes me uncomfortable because the apartment will have stuff from Tenant B inside before Tenant B's lease starts, but with Tenant A's lease going until the end of the month (and them having paid for it), I'm not sure what to do about it.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

You can drive one hour a month to drive by and ensure the place is still standing, or ask your tenant to send photos.

I'm just starting out investing in RE but I want to make sure I'm doing all I need to do properly and legally.
