Does anyone know of a web site that has costs associated with the foreclosure process for each state?

I prefer to work with the companies I know or that have better reputations for construction management, and being a project manager I strive to solve the issues plaguing rehab projects from lack of communication and poorly defined scopes.

Doesn't sound like a TK to me...... please post the name of the company you worked with...a business like this should thrive or die based on their reputation.

@Royce Hodnett I second the book recommendation by @Michael Le - Multifamily Millions by David Lindahl.I would also recommend that you read "Wheelbarrow Profits" by Jake and @Gino Barbaro - they also have a very good web-based "Deal Analyzer" that will help you in the beginning stages of your underwriting for these deals.

Maybe I'll do business in other states in the future, but only after cultivating long-term relationships with people who have a reputation for integrity.
