I of course do get the random message that talks about haters like you and to ignore them...Regardless if you see it as showing off why do you care?

it's never going to *stop* - there's always going to be sheets to replace, or the coffee maker that broke, or fixing this or that random thing.  

If nobody is living in the property and it is full of random junk and garbage, are you allowed to clean it out and trash everything?

I think that the CA Fair Plan only ONLY covers fire insurance so if you want insurance for the liability, slip and fall situations or when someone steals you heater or plumbing or whatever or when the random tree falls on your house, then you need one of the other regular insurance policies to cover those situations.What I did was get insurance through a non-admitted insurer. 

And you might not be so eager to part with your $40K nest-egg in a period of economic strife.So, anyway, those are my thoughts for a random Wednesday...

Curt, Adam, and Ali typically weigh in, Curt and Adam at least are haters and don't hide it, Ali will throw out random "facts" yet will never come back to support them, and chris is passive aggressive.

Examples such as the VCR machine, 8 Track tapes, polyester Leisure Suits ( Hmmm...that was random), to name a few.
