Only if a prosecutor takes an interest in the case.From this position, I see that when defaults on mortgages pick up, someone will decide they can get a promotion and good press for the department by chasing forgery, bank fraud, wire fraud, Consumer Protection Act, financial schemes.

I'd spend some time trying to figure out how you can get either get a promotion at your full time job, or get into a line of work with a higher earning potential.The simplest path to do more deals with a relatively low barrier to entry would be to rent out your current primary residence, then buy a new primary residence to live in for a few years.

I was referring to a rather spirited group of individuals who join BP, post one time and only one time, promoting a certain “guru”.

You have to learn how to promote your property.You need to know when the high season is and when the low season is.

Sure states can enact laws that say different and choose not to prosecute but federal law trumps state and just in case the winds turn I wouldn’t want my business to actively be promoting it.
