I would say my biggest headache however that's beyond my skills or financial capabilities is the entire escrow and underwriting process. 

Of course, even this isn’t guaranteed because  there is a mismatch between the investment features and what the underlying investment’s capable of doing which the company is compensating for.

Got some friends shooting with the Sony alpha series like the a5100 and the features and capabilities are pretty incredible.

Companies like ARA Newmark and CBRE and Berkadia will be the big national players, they have brokers in several markets around the country and it's easy to get on their mailing list.

The process takes less than 5 minutes and agents are doing themselves a serious disservice if they don't take the time to register for bidder capabilities for their clients.
