Whether it's taking expanded responsibilities or what have you, it's simply easier to invest when you have more money to dedicate to investing.

Turns out part time has turned into me not fully dedicating myself ad even putting in minimal effort. 2 years later and I am relocating and taking a leap of faith to pursue real estate full time in a new town in a new office with not much experience.

At the same time you can publish your property through other platforms, it is more real thing for your tenants. 

We need more of those, and personally think we even need a place dedicated to the deals gone wrong!
