I am looking to hire a company or independent contractor to mow the lawn for a duplex downtown Grand Rapids. 

That along can be a difference of several grands.

You can make a lot of money on deals and hit grand slams in real estate.

I have about 20 grand to put down.

I own 4 paid off properties, a paid off primary residence and one rental with a 50 grand balance.
