Is that just the origination fee or does that include other items?

It’s been established we can’t compare everyone’s answers apples to apples.

And instead of you cancelling they have you begging them to sell to you at the original price.

Closing is cheap, as there is no origination fee, no agent fee (when I find my own houses), very quick and very easy. 

It answered a lot of my questions about seller finance.

I imagine "Loan Origination" and anything paid to the bank itself can be negotiated but I am being quoted different amounts and line items are labeled differently in each quote (e.g.
