We have a few portfolios of properties for sale, multiple states.Most of the properties are a part of some portfolio.We are trying to sell the entire portfolio, or individual ones.Hopefully someone has gone through the marketing process for a rental portfolio and can shed some light.For now, my plan is to do online marketing (adwords, facebook, bigger pockets).

@Mckinley baggett My standard practice is to wait 6 months to get the cash out refi per lender seasoning requirements so I could get the unit appraised and take out the ARV vs. only the initial price.

My issue-situation-question is this: Because we have made REI our goal, with a plan for a lifestyle change, business objectives , and everything, we are online every day looking for and analyzing deals [as you can see I upgraded my BP account to have full access to the calculators!!!
