Some of it is already invested, but I would like to get on track in real estate to start generating monthly income on the side in the range of $4000-$5000.

To start, I would like to begin renting out multi-family homes. 

There after make at least 12 transactions my first year with my mentor and save up to buy a duplex or a small multi unit.

I have some experience with single family, but wanting to get into multi family.  

Since then we've purchased a second rental property and currently looking to invest in multi-family.I hope to learn lots and make a contribution where I can - Cheers,Adrian
