If you want to put the deposit in a out of state/online bank, then you will have to furnish a bond.

So I actually started off doing PPL but after a couple of months of using them the price exponentially increased.

The numbers need to work to do the deal for sure. 

Compliance states there is no way to remediate this unless a new file is created. lender credit is 6900 which is the seller concession and no COC can be issued for “incorrect” lender credits.
