All of them have to be good and you'd probably gonna kiss a few frogs before you'll find you prince/princess.I highly recommend to read the book "Long distance real estate investing" by David Greene which helped me a lot to make an order in my mind and focus on what's important.Best of luck!

I won't argue that a different approach would make more money, but I am doing what I want to do for my own reasons. agreed this is an investment forum so I don't really have a lot to contribute here hence why I only posted for the first time yesterday. agreed about what you said about Asia, but I'll take my chances.

I think that has a lot to do with my husband's and my tastes in design and furnishings.

There is a hell of a lot to learn, as there is really no point of similarity between the way the u.s.

You are still young and have a lot to offer.My recommendation is to find a job or second career that is less stressful, does not require as many hours, or allows you to work remotely. 

I have one coworkers that has millions of dollars in property  and 20 years of RE experience so I talk about RE a lot to her because she gives awesome advice.
