A nearly 6 : 1 DSCR and they still cut the leverage.So just be aware that if you go log cabin and do it through leveraging an investment property, you may not be able to get your money out of the log cabin on a refi.I would love to connect and talk more STR with you.

To anyone who posted on his list- @Shawn Kostoff is the real deal and invests himself, not your standard crappy wholesaler. 

Honestly, I'd talk to a good CPA or estate planner about starting to sell off some of the properties while trying to reduce their capital gains taxes.
