I have a 4 unit building in Long Beach CA and looking for alternative rental property insurance companies. 

Successfully transitioning to a new construction company that took over a project already underway was a challenge I managed to overcome.

Inspection company charges 400 for general inspection, plus another 200 for sewer scope.

None of us own the home, we just pay the rental company.

Hi, I was wondering, if you guys wanna start a real estate development company like build properties from a piece of land, in which country you guys will go?

This setup will allow them to determine their own usage, and we will pay the difference either monthly or annually.We use the warehouse only a few days a month, so our power consumption will be very minimal.If this makes sense, or if there could be any legal issues, please let me know.Thank you. 

The link above has most of those details, The fixed loan is from an insurance company, is interest only years 1/2/3, then no defeasance penalties up to year 10, they plan to sell/re-fi in 5-7yrs.
