I like to lead the group mainly because I am super devoted to REI and love to share all my secretss( there are none) and how I do REi.

That seems to lead to negotiations where I'm not yet financially prepared to make any offers.or2)  Present this potential deal to potential financiers half-cocked with not a lot of information?

I have produced some good leads and made a few offers, nothing under contract yet. 

I was promised to get 150+ leads and didn't see any and I also wanted to know if someone would help me get the system set up.

@Chandler Scottyou dont need to buy local using Roofstock. i suggest going to a local real estate investors meetup and getting educated on the local area first. hope some local connections will  lead you to a successful real estate investments.

We feel that controlling as many aspects of the business in house will allow us to generate larger profits, and have all the separate arms of the business work together, feeding each other and creating a synergy.Trying to figure out how to explain that to my wife and small children (LOL).

I am new to the real estate society I've really been trying to find the right people to network with and I'm willing to pay to learn as much as I can.I have been trying to find leads through code violations but no results are there any more strategies that I need to know of?

So potentially even if you close something a big chunk could go to the brokerage and then your team and you get the crumbs left over.The fundamental question becomes do you get steady business for high quality leads that you could not generate on your own?
