No amount of forum post reading or watching videos could've taught me what I learned by just finding a property, buying it, and renting it out.

Despite a huge run-up of the stock and RE markets, and tons of money pouring into both, they are also many people sitting on the sidelines waiting for the next buying opportunity.Since I wasn't watching the markets back then, I can't speak intelligently on it.

For the first year of my journey I did nothing besides save money, watch Biggerpockets videos, and read Biggerpockets books.I analyzed markets.

The lady the is in charge of the neighborhood told me the reason I was added to the list so late is cause she wasn’t pay her HOA fee.

Watch closely where you purchase though.

Also it will limit the availability of lending as you mostly will have to use commercial loans that are a little bit more expensive.If you want to learn more on the subject, I would highly recommend that you spend a few hours watching all the videos in the Clint Coons' youtube channel.

So it's not simply a question of which generation is bigger: there are other groups move into town.Demographics that forecast doomsday scenarios are fun to think about just like watching Mad Max movies, but I'm not too worried.
