What is the exact job functions of the VA and would they work on commission?

My husband has the full time job and I'm doing all the research and trying to figure out how/when/where to make the first move.We've gotten the LLC formed - business phone number set up, business cards, all the proper paper work filed, etc...I've had my real estate license for 2 years (but never acted as a traditional realtor - sold 1 home and did rentals and referrals for family/friends).

I've lived in Las Vegas for 3 years and I've worked some part time jobs, now working full time for a vacation home rental company (Since April). 

The employment sector, while not as robust as it once was, has been creating jobs at a steady pace.

From there, I have my virtual assistant run comps, call the seller back, negotiate the terms, create the contract and send it to the seller for signing.Once we have an executed contract, my VA will schedule the inspection which is usually myself or my Sales Manager. we get pics and an repair estimate and we're ready to begin marketing.

I'm looking at a 4plex that is scheduled to be auctioned by a Trustee in Nov.

Both jobs send checks at seperate times so that is why the laat month half will be later i am very sorry for this inconvenience.

He lost his job about a year ago and couldn't find work (he says due to age).

I am happy where I am with my job I am just honestly looking to buy my first property right.

I eventually want to flip houses when I have a full time job that can fund it, but for now wholesaling seems to be the best option.
