About 3 - 4 years ago, I turned my passion for real estate into a career and last year started my own Property Management company.

I own Vacation Rentals of Florida with around 65 properties managed in Tampa/Clearwater/Saint Pete area.  

Tenant response is that we don't own it.   

A 60 yr old investor with a $30 mil net worth is in a completely different position than a 30 yr old investor with a $25k net worth--a "good deal" for one might be a terrible deal for the other.In real estate, there are no simple rules that you can always follow in all circumstances because RE involves so many moving pieces...you have to make a list of all of the relevant factors for a deal, and make a decision based on that, and your own circumstances.

Have owned many years and always wanted to add a second line but the cost.Would you EVER consider spending $17,800 to save $2493 per year in water cost? 

In my leases tenants are responsible to pay for their own utilities and change air filters.

-The rehab has it's own liability policy that I believe will add me as a named insured (I need to verify this.)

To each their own but if I had a solid property, 2000 miles away, I would like to make sure that someone who I trust is taking care of it.

It's not like we can't figure out there is markup on the PPC we can do on our own through our CRM's nowadays.I am in Texas.Call me crazy, but having a price quote can convince people to buy a product ;)
