The one sticky thread in the Wholesaling forum, on buyers lists, was produced by me after repeatedly seeing the same question over and over, and being tired of seeing another thread that just rehashed what has already been discussed ad nauseum.

Another perspective is: The business is the seminar and attached impulse buying that it produces. 

San Antonio seems appealing to me due to the growing population, healthy economy, and relatively affordable housing.

It will also allow you to command top dollar when you sell and will set your reputation as a producer of quality homes.

REI can be capital-intensive, and my debt is higher than I ever would have allowed it to go in the past, but it's funding investments that produce net gains.  

In 2013 Science Daily noted that 90% of the total data in the world had been produced in the last two years.

We go door to door to deliver community newsletters, make detector batteries, surplus food (we have access to eggs and produce).  

Focus on the things that will be income producing.  

The third house took some time, but it also produced cash flow until it sold. 

My future goals include creating a solid stream of cash flow by acquiring long term assets that produce passive income.
