Quad Cities are a fertile investment ground

I have a fairly decent construction back ground but am currently 16 yrs active duty Army so I have to finish up there before I get 100% into the RE game.

There is money to be made in both of those categories but they are more difficult without experience.Although I do have a fairly good construction back ground and know my way around a job site, I do want to stay away from the larger rehab's at first, I also definitely don't want turn key.

I’m very serious about this and am going to put in any amount of time and energy necessary to get my business off the ground.

Investors are looking for opportunities and to pivot from the market especially since it picked some ground.
