How do they monitor the property for excessive noise/occupancy?

I am currently interested in a property close to the waterfront but from walking the area this past weekend, it's not in the greatest area (no surprise, as expected).. there was noise, rift raft on the street, shady neighbors, .. etc.

., is a nice strategy for your vision board, but far less important compared to the daily grind you need to embrace.  

In fact I qualify people for certain criteria before I spend time with them.I have found that by being focused all the noise is drowned out and your results exponentially increase.

Or do I have to grind out in my 20s saving vigorously.

I look for two things from a wholesaler:1) Property address.2) How much I can buy it for.The rest is just noise.

Too much road noise.

The biggest reason I am keeping a large portion as carpet in my upper units is because of the noise.
