The title company can change the commitment to the assignee's name before you close, but make sure your assignment contract makes the owner's policy the assignee's cost. they'll get the benefit of the insurance, so they should pay the couple grand even if you need to initially hire the title agent to get the ball rolling.

We never destroyed the places - the law then let the Navy just withhold our pay for any kind of damages like that - and we signed month leases that auto-renewed or quarterly at most.In a scenario like that, you might be able to find 4 guys willing to toss in 250 per and get a grand per unit.

One of our guys uses this and likes it....)Several of our guys use Top Producer which is tailored to real estate (focused on agents of course) and really not that expensive ($85/mo) once you get to the level where you actually need a CRM.But honestly, one of our guys will do several hundred grand this year and they have no CRM.
