Here in Canada, the process is well defined and requests can be made though any police force (national - RCMP, Provincial - QPP, OPP, NF Constabulary, or local) or, in certain situations, though specificly designated agencies (those who perform digital fingerprint services, or those who can perform name-based checks)

If that is the case, yes,  the bank can call the loan, if they do, someone is going to have to pay that mortgage off.My experience is that as long as the payments are being made, the bank usually will not force a sale, they have enough defaulted mortgages to worry about.Your question is "should you tell the bank you are doing seller financing"?

Additionally, if I'm looking to make $100/month/unit or >= 10-15% CoC, that might force me to only be able to offer 1/3 of what their asking (not in this case, but some that I've analyzed just don't work unless my offer price is extremely low).

You probably have forced air HVAC so there shouldn't be any there.
