There are a couple of lenders out there that you can still go conforming without having to fill out a all of the Fannie Mae Condo Questions that make the property non Warrantable.

That's because you are operating on luck instead of solid processes.

Additionally, follow up with PM to establish their process for passing off the property to include leases, tenant contact, rent ledgers, inspection reports and the like.
