Unfortunately Fear, marriage, kids, other responsibility derailed me.  3 yrs ago I just woke up and said enough was enough,  I do RE investment full time know, and have never looked back.  

I'm not sure which niche/strategy I want to go for yet, partially out of fear of picking the wrong one.

Hi Everyone,I've been doing some cold calling lately (this in itself can be considered a success because i've gotten over the initial fear of doing it!)

People are reluctant to list their home for fear of having no where to go.

I heard that mistakes and fear are both a part of it.  

I also commend them for calling because most agents will not cold-call (fear of rejection is a bigger deal than many will admit).

The fear is that if I have my realtor shoot off a bunch of low ball offers that he might get a bad reputation and be labeled "That guy".

Went to multiple seminars around DFW and had the education part of it answering all the questions that no one else there knew but could never get the confidence to follow through with the deals (I think my age had me feared) but now I’m finally confident taking the leap into it.

You have a "barking dog" - on a leash - so don't give in to fear.

Investors who got spooked by the recession and stopped buying regretted their short-sighted decision and them giving in to fear.
