My wife and I are just getting started on this real estate investment journey. I've worked in the automotive repair business for many years and am looking to move into something else. To that end, I've begin taking my first Texas real estate pre-license class. The plan is get licensed and be official. I'm interested in all aspects of investing. Doing lots of research on all of it, from BRRRR investing to wholesaling, trying to figure out how it all works. The good news is I'm living right in the middle of some of the fastest growing and changing cities in this area; the 380 corridor between McKinney, Frisco, Prosper, Little Elm, and Denton. Any encouragement, help or advice is appreciated!
