It works more like a "program" with-in excel if that makes sense, with buttons and a great visual layout of things.

You can get a company that specializes in credit restoration to negotiate for you, I have found law firms seem to have more leverage.Taken excel spread sheet and put down what the time lines are for each issue so you have a picture of which one of your issues needs to be resolved first.

@Megan Greathouse I just used a basic excel balance sheet template and built off of that.

While the numbers we provide are excellent, a small test of 50 to 100 names may not give you the results you are looking for and decide not to move forward.

The thing is I can easily borrow with a mortgage, my credit score is excellent, but I want the property to be owned by a LLC so it's easier to resell later on.
