I think it's great you're trying to come up with tools and systems to make you more efficient.

I only sell to 5 buyers and that keeps things clean, efficient, and effective.

However large management systems usually have a dedicated maintenance crew and an efficient system for processing maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner, which is something tenants want.

Their reasoning behind that is other employees would feel entitled to that privilege if the need arises and could throw off the balance of the workplace.

The more experience you have in a given area (ex. development), the more efficiently you are able to manage risk.  

Be able to do the numbers and run them efficiently, secondly..really drive home what you want out of REI, pull your goals out of your head and put them in front of your face, and don't be hesitant to improve on them.

This building was built in 1978, 2 units are 3 bedroom 1 bath, 2 units are efficiency. 2 stall detached garage and parking slab next to garage for 2 cars. 

I know who I need and where I could find them, but want to make sure I approach them in the most efficient sequence.

I dont know how many gallons per month an efficient 7 unit would use, but I can assure you I'll come close to finding out during this turn.

Right now we have an 80% efficiency propane fired boiler, propane hot water, propane dryer, propane range, even a propane lamp in our bathroom.
