I figured to avoid that do one deal n incorporate...this was my reasoning behind incorporating early..is this and issue at all in the beginning..is there's cut off to the amount of deals that can be done

If you do what you are supposed to do and don't cut corners...there really isn't a ton of liability in owning a house and letting someone else pay you to live there.  

So let's just cut out the middleman

Or the settlement co would cut us each a check, say 50% to wholesaler, 50% to me? 

why cant you just cut some space into the counter area to put in a dish washer?

Cutting corners by leaving out crucial parts of a system whether it is plumbing or flooring is not acceptable and you will continue to have problems with buyers.  

Cut bait and sell, or hold onto it at a slim cash flow rate and hopefully enjoy some appreciation in home values?

Should I even look into this further (of course I should)Is there someone in SoCal Inland Empire that would work on this with me for a bigger cut of any profits? 

Which sounds great, but can be a real nightmare when the city does a half arse job of doing it, cutting irregularly, getting rid of any flowers or plants you might have put in, not allowing bike racks in front of business.

I've heard a lot of success stores, met inspiring people, and the BP community is just adding fuel to the fire!
