Newbie from Sw Washington.I started my own General construction company to serve investors in the Sw Washington region.After spending 11yrs in commercial construction ,Me and my wife remodeled a outbuilding on our property in the country and turned it into two airbnb units.It's been so successful and want to expand our portfolio into more rentals.I love the Idea of multifamily and I'm starting to analyze deals ,I'm looking for a team in Sw Washington area that can help us grow.Investors ,real estate agents,partners etc.We are so exited to chase this dream.

Prefab can be faster and in other countries is cheaper than stick built.
