Not sure of the sentiment of everyone for Kris Krohn within the BP community but I’ve seen him say it’s not the benefit that you may think as you are beholden to other rules/laws that one would not be without a license.It does seem as though the cost of obtaining and maintaining a license coupled with the costs to have access to things such as the MLS would directly impact overall profits. 

I've been thinking about joining the BP community for a few weeks now.

I personally think you can, and if the former owner redeems, they get cutover timber land.

I am thinking about updating my lease to prevent tenants from displaying Democratic Posters of any one running for elected office that champions ideas such as Rent Control, Gun Control or other anti-landlord ideologies.

I think you may want to look into areas out of state, where rents are strong and prices are lower. 

Here's a few things to think about to help your decision.1. 

I'm thinking of signing up for Pro (mostly for tools / calculators) and also checking out other rental calculators online.

That's still $1,000 to $1,200 more than I think is reasonable for what I am having done.When I turned in my taxes, she expressed that she was shocked at how organized my tax prep was.

As such I dont think it adds much value other than to meet some fellow investors..
