Then again, if they are a remote worker / student, it might be very convenient. 

We also say that the appliances other than stove and fridge are there for the convenience of the tenant and we may or may not repair or replace at our choice.

It's nice to have it just show up in my account each month and it's super convenient for tenants too.I've never gotten a 1099 nor have I cared about it.

Offer is straight forward but slanted to the buyer.. as in Seller pays all closing costs.there is a 7.5 % convenience fee.. thats deducted from the offer price.15 days for due diligence which i suspect when they walk through they judge your level of sophistication and probably come back with more concessions.  

Maybe in the long game NC would pay off, still a gamble though.

Nobody with a brain is lending in this situation without incredible terms... and even still you wouldn't find them on this site, IMO, because this is an investor site not a gambling site.Plan better.

However, for some people, this doesn’t matter because people want the safety, convenience, and community of living on base/on post.5) Large scale deployments will have outsized impact on the local economy, especially areas in direct proximity to a base.

However, the current property we rent out is newer (minimal maintenance) and is very close to where we currently live, making it convenient for repairs and tenant issues.
